The Cannes Film Festival was a magical whirlwind of adventure, romance, and fashion! I showcased several of my new designs at the Producers Villa. It was a V.I.P. party and I was in amazement at the location. The property had 2 swimming pools. The models walked around the pool and the guest were invited to interact with the garments afterwards.
I had the opportunity to dress Marine Grech (The Voice France) and she asked me to style her for a party at the castle the following evening. That night she wore my black and purple l.e.d. peek-a-boo gown with l.e.d. faux fur eyeball shrug. I was honored and thrilled to have been able to dress her.
The lights were turned off in the castle and I demonstrated the glow capabilities of my "Spiral Dream" Gown. The crowd cheered and applauded. The love I received from the French people was heartwarming and unforgettable.
During my time there I met so many wonderful people. I got to meet Janel Tanna(Award wining actress and Maxim Cover Girl), Richard Stein( Event Producer for the Chelsea Film Festival), and Daniel Chimowitz (International Designer). Daniel literally stopped me on the street and we hit it off. We spend the evening getting to know one another and he invited me to showcase with him next time he did a show in Orlando.
The entire trip was the absolute best experience of my life and there are no regrets!
